"Reserved Seating" for the Social dinner will be at round tables of 10. "Reserved Seating" is being planned to ensure you sit with classmates you remember or were/are friends with. Also, with 500 or more all trying to find a place to sit, it could be total chaos without some organization. There is already great excitment about "Reserved Seating"!
The actual location of specific tables for your "Reserved Seating" will not be selected until just prior to the Reunion. You will be given (surprised with) your reserved table location when you check-in on the 16th (Aug.). Please begin thinking of whom you would like to sit with and make plans accordingly. You do not need to fill a table either. We will accommodate most every request on a "best effort basis". Let us also know if you need special seating requirements, please.
Classmates have begun to request "Reserved Seating" already, but there are many still available. You can begin requesting "Reserved Seating" now if you wish; please contact Rick Chartrand. "Reserved Seating" requests can also be made on the Registration Form being sent out in mid/late March. We will also ask that current requests be re-confirmed on the Registration Form as well.
“Self Selection” seating of unfilled tables will be available at the Reunion Social that evening, if you wish to wait.
