Menu Options (updated 12/31/07)

The Reunion Evening Social meal will be a sit down event. The Committee had a most delightful “Sampling Party” at the Lynnwood Convention Center this last September and were extremely pleased. The LCC has assured us that their Chef “Rick” (definitely not me!) will still be there next August.

The Committee has picked four (4) delicious selections we know you will enjoy.


Grilled Filet of Salmon: with Fingerling Potatoes, Leeks, Fennel and Grain Mustard

Garlic Crusted Chicken Brest: with Artichokes, Oven Cured Tomatoes, Saffron Pine Nut Pilaf , Lemon and Thyme

Spiced Rubbed Flat Iron Steak: with Dauphinoise Potatoes, Brandy and Peppercorns

Vegetarian: with Shallots and Red Wine Reduction, Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes

House Salad and Desert ( Lemon Tart or Raspberry Fondant Cake) are included with the meal.

Wine by the glass or bottle may be purchased from the bar.
